Hamper My Style is located in The Hawkesbury region of NSW. We deliver very prompt service to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. If you live locally to Bonnie, we are happy to hand deliver a gift hamper to your door same day, by special request!

Delivery Information

We always make our best effort to ship your order within 24 hours (usually the same or next business day) unless you specify the date you'd like your order to be delivered. If you'd like multiple orders delivered on different dates, please send us an email at info@hampermystyle.com.au

We offer Australia-wide delivery for a flat rate of $12 per address, which includes tracked standard shipping with dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery times are approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch (except for Tasmania and WA where it may bean extra day or so).

If you prefer Express Post, we offer Australia-wide express shipping for a flat rate of $18 per address. Delivery timeframes for Express Post are typically 1–3 business days after dispatch (depending on location). Most major cities and metro areas are next day delivery as promised by Australia Post.

Hamper My Style also delivers to New Zealand. International shipping rates vary by destination. Please get in touch for a personalised quote.

Providing the gift hamper is safe to be left at the address Australia Post will leave the gift hamper in a spot where it won’t be damaged or stolen.  If you would like your recipient to sign on delivery, there is a $3 signature on delivery choice at checkout.

If it is considered unsafe to leave at the address, there are a few things that could happen:  It could be taken to a collection point (such as Aus Post or Parcel Connect), and a missed delivery card will be left. 

Hamper My Style delivers Australia wide. Deliveries within the Hawkesbury can be made personally, by special request.

Outside of The Hawkesbury area- regardless of whether you are in the country, city or outback we will always be able to get your gift hamper to you via Australia Post.  Hamper My Style also delivers to New Zealand by special request.

Hamper My Style now delivers to New Zealand - just get in touch via email or phone and we can provide you a price for that.  

We offer complimentary small gift cards that go with all of our gift hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards.

We also have beautiful hand made Greeting Cards that you can purchase for $5 extra.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Please note that Hamper My Style cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered without signature at the senders request.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In the circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item please email info@hampermystyle.com.au and we will take care of this for you.

Please quote your order number or invoice number in all correspondence. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Hamper My Style take the upmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered.

In the rare situation a hamper or gift has been damaged in transit, Hamper My Style will gladly replace the damaged item, upon receipt of photos of the damage or notification from our couriers of the damage.

If we no longer have this item in stock we will send an agreed alternative of equal or greater value.
